Electronic Products Manufactured by us

Montronics Pty Ltd Warrants their Electronic Products for a period of 12 Months from Date of Purchase. Warranty shall cover defects in Material and Workmanship of the Module Only. Any failure due to or arising from faulty installation, abuse or neglect is beyond the control of the manufacturer and as such will void warranty. All warranty will be carried out at the manufacturers premises. The cost of removal, postage, freight etc. shall be the owners responsibility. 


What you must do if an Electronic Product is found to be faulty within the warranty period:

  • Phone or email us and explain what the problem is so we can assist further.
  • If it is necessary to return the product for a warranty claim, a 'Warranty Claim Form' must be submitted via email or fax to us first. NOTE. A warranty claim will not be actioned unless the Warranty Claim Form is completed in full and we have received it. A warranty claim form can be downloaded from the above drop down menu 'About Us'  if you are signed in ONLY.

What we will do after a Warranty Claim form has been completed and submitted to us:
  • We will ask you to return the faulty product to us at your cost for further evaluation.
  • Necessary testing & repairs will be carried out on the faulty product as required & within reasonable time at Montronics premises.
  • If the product is not repairable, and was found to be faulty through no fault of the user, we will replace the product with a new one.
  • When the repaired/replaced product is tested OK and ready to be returned to you, we will contact you via the details given to us on your warranty claim form. If you cannot be contacted via the contact information you provided on your claim form we will wait for you to contact us for further instructions.
  • If further instructions after repair/replacement of your product are not communicated to us within 90 days, we will dispose of your product/s

Other Products we sell that are not manufactured by us
Products we sell that are not manufactured by us shall be covered by the manufacturers warranty only.
